Shipping

When will my order be delivered?

Your order is prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping delivery time is 1–3 business days. Total estimated time: 2–5 business days. No shipments are made on weekends and public holidays.

How much is the shipping fee?

Domestic shipping within Turkey is Free for a limited time.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to you via email when your order is shipped.

What should I do if my shipment is very delayed?

If the estimated delivery time has passed, please write to support@fantassian.com with your order number or contact us on WhatsApp. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping company.

Returns

Can I return the product?

Yes, you can make a return request within 14 days from the date of receipt. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene rules.

How does the return process work?

Send your return request with your order number to fantassian@gmail.com. The return address will be sent via email. Once the product reaches us, a refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.

Who pays for return shipping?

For returns under the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is borne by the customer. For damaged or incorrect product shipments, the shipping fee is covered by us.

Size

Which size should I choose?

To find the correct size, please check our Size Guide. Simply take your bust, waist, and hip measurements and refer to the chart. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger size.

What happens if the wrong size arrives?

If the product is unopened and in its original packaging, it can be returned within 14 days. However, size exchanges are not made; you will need to order the new size separately. You can contact us for help with sizing before placing your order.

Do you have plus-size options?

Yes! Our collection includes 2XL–3XL sizes. For erotic and lingerie products, 2XL–3XL fits up to bust 104–112 cm, waist 86–100 cm, and hips 113–125 cm.

Care

How should I wash the products?

We recommend washing all our lingerie products at 30°C, on a gentle cycle, or by hand. Do not use bleach or whitener. Do not apply stain remover directly to the fabric.

Can I put it in the dryer?

No. Lingerie products should not be tumble dried. We recommend hanging them to dry in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. If ironing is necessary, do so at a low temperature.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card and debit card. Your payments are processed securely by PayTR and Shopify Payments. Your card details are never stored on our systems.

Is payment secure?

Yes. All payment transactions are protected by SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification. Your card information is not transmitted to Fantassian systems; it is directed directly to the payment infrastructure.

Privacy and Packaging

How is the packaging done, is the content visible?

All orders are shipped in unmarked, plain, and discreet packages. There is no brand name, product content, or any hint of the content on the package. The shipping label may show "Fantassian" or "EASIER LIFE STORE", but there will be no information about the product content.

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email, what should I do?

First, check your spam/junk folder. If the email has not arrived within 30 minutes, write to fantassian@gmail.com or reach out via WhatsApp — we will check the status of your order immediately.
